[UPGRADE] PDFs created from Web Forms

PDFs created from submitted web forms now have a more stylish design and offer the ability to add in your static fields such as headings and rich text.

PDFs created from web forms are now as beautiful as the original forms.

We have redesigned the PDF that is created with the submission of a web form to incorporate best design practices, your logo, and color. In addition, now you can include static fields such as headings, sub headings and rich text in the final PDF.

This feature can help with a lot of use cases such as adding legal language to the final PDF or notes for your processor. Also, your record keeping can be more precise by including all the text on the original web form.




How to Add Static Elements to the PDF created from a Web Form:

  1. Navigate to the static element, i.e., Rich Text, you would like to show on your PDF and click the Inspector icon on the right.
  2. Toggle "Include this element in the submission PDF" to Yes and click Save.
  3. You are done! Any email notifications or records in your GRM will now be included in the final record.
