Enable signers on a form to delegate their signing privileges to a different colleague.
Why: Here at SeamlessDocs we know that every eSignature process is unique. A staff member that receives a form may not necessarily be the person that needs to sign off on that form. Or maybe they are the correct person but are out of the office and need to pass it on to another staff member that has signing authority.
With SeamlessDocs new Delegate Signer feature. Any signer can now delegate signing privileges to a designated colleague or staff member. Now when they receive the form for signing they can pass it along to a different person to sign.
You can enable a signer to delegate their signature in the Doc Editor by going to Signers and then Manage Signers. Next to each signer will be an option to check and enable that signer to delegate their signature to others if needed. Now, when that signer receives an email requesting their signature they can pull up the link to that form and click a button at the very bottom to delegate.
