Conversations in the GRM™
Did you know that you can have a discussion about a form within the GRM™?
The conversations feature in the GRM™ allows you to do this on a submission or on a visitor user. To create a conversation on a Submission click the Submission and in the Submission Details go to the Conversations Tag. You can now either participate in an existing conversations OR start a new conversation. You can choose to make a Conversation Public or Private. Once you Create a Conversation click the eye icon at the top right of the Conversation Box. (right next to the trash can icon for deleting conversations)
