Assign fields on a form to any signer in your signature workflow so they can add comments.
Why: Completing a form often times involves not only the end user filling out their information but also an additional (or multiple additional) signers that needs to add in comments to approve or deny an application. With the SeamlessDocs platform you can assign any fields on a form to specific signers. This is great for sections on a form that are “Office Use Only”.
To assign a field, click on the desired field and in your toolbar at the very top you will see a drop down menu for “Assign Field”. Click this and choose any of your signers to assign this field too. By default all fields will be assigned to the first signer so you don’t need to worry about going through all fields and assigning them to your applicant, you only need to assign fields that are for other signers.
