Set up an Approver in your signature workflow to review forms and then approve or deny.
Why: Need a recipient within the workflow to give their approval for a certain form, but don’t need their signature?
With SeamlessDocs’ approver feature, the form can be sent to selected recipients requesting their approval or denial. If they choose to deny the form, the form will discontinue in the signature workflow. Vice versa, if they approve the form it will continue on in the signature workflow. Approvers can only approve or deny a form they cannot add any additional comments.
Really you can think of approvers as reviewers of the form. Setting up an approver is easy, just got to Signers and then Manager Signers. Here you can add an approver anywhere in the signature workflow, expect as the first signer.
