Adding a Cover Letter Provides End Users with Information/Instructions Before Completing a Doc
Applicability: Any SeamlessDocs or Wizard
Why: Often times a form requires some sort of introductory information before an applicant completes it. Maybe you have a records request and you want to let the end user know of previous record requests already made public… In this case you can add a cover letter and include links to previous requests. Or maybe you have a vendor application and want to let vendors know you are excited to do business with them…
A Cover Letter allows you to include a customized set of instructions or message that the end user will see prior to filling out your SeamlessDoc. You can also add an acknowledgement box to make the user check off that he/she has read the message prior to continuing on.
